For approved credit account customers, strictly nett 30 days from statement

Over Due Accounts
Any accounts not paid within 45 days from statement will automatically be put on stop supply without notice. Any account in 90 days will automatically be put on COD.

Goods Returned For Credit
Any returns for credit must be authorised by our sales department who will nominate the carrier of choice invoice numbers need to be supplied with each return

Freight
Melbourne metropolitan f.i.s. for orders over $150 otherwise a $6 charge will apply. victorian country & interstate (mainland capital cities) f.i.s. for orders over $600 - otherwise f.o.b. melbourne tasmania and darwin - f.o.b. melbourne small order surcharge a $5.00 surcharge will apply for orders totalling less than $50.00 on invoice
